Frequently Asked Questions

What type of counselling do you offer?

My foundational approach is Person-Centred and simply put, this is a non-directive form of talking therapy based on the belief that people can learn, heal, adapt and realise their full potential when given the space to explore their thoughts, feelings and actions. On occasion, I may introduce integrative processes (from other approaches) and psychoeducation to encourage individual emotional expression, improve self-awareness, and reinforce understanding, personal development and change. You are an individual and wonderfully unique; and so will your therapeutic process!

  • Abuse
