I imagine you have surfed a number of websites before landing on mine. Finding the right person who you feel connected enough to be your most vulnerable can be a unnerving task and I don't have any buzz words or fancy marketing jargon to convince you that it's me.
What I can do is help you talk through those thoughts and concerns in a safe, confidential, empathic space where you can share your feelings of dread, fear, anxiety, depression, disconnection, loneliness or being stuck in a rut and find a way to change. Life can be messy, complicated, emotionally overwhelming and can impact our mental wellbeing. Our past experiences can negatively influence our present, we feel afraid and worried about everything, stuck unable to move on and lost with no direction. It sucks and hurts, but you're not alone and it's normal.
